Things that Amtrak can't do when it doesn't exist:
1. Move people around when the government has halted all passenger air traffic.
2. Move people out of a disaster area when roads are flooded.

If we stop funding Amtrak, we should also stop funding highways and air traffic... because they're bigger leeches.
