The new F dinner service consists of a choice of a salad...or a...sandwich with a scoop of some sort of relish alongside. Desert consisted of a miniature Toblerone candy (about 1/4 size of a regular bar).
I am assuming you are incorrect in this assumption since ALL ORD - SEA flights are either a "D"inner flight or "B"reakfast flight, unlike the SEA - ORD which has "S"nack or lunchtime flights. The meal described is exactly the dinner served from SEA - L.A. The significance of this is that the ORD and the new DFW route have officially been downgraded from the typical East Coast FC meals. I flew 4 legs on AA this weekend and saw from my lowly coach seat, FC got the full meal deal. I certainly hope this downsizing of meal service comes back to kick the legacy airlines in the butt, however, I suppose if this ever become a problem they could bring the service back as quickly as AS removed them.

I predict that at some point in the future, airline flyers will develop some self-esteem and realize they deserve better than being like the barnyard animals that SWA treats them like.
However, those SWA biz'ness people seem to be one step ahead of the industry, such as their hedging of oil futures, their eventual removal of the restrictions for flying out of Texas' Love Field and moving SEA operations to Boeing Field.
