By chance are you subscribing to a service that consolidates your bank statements and loyalty reward balances all into one online statement? I know that one of these companies approached the financial institution that I work for, and I declined to investigate it further as it would have required us to ask our customers for their PINs. I do believe that the airlines and hotels don't like that. It's possible that they feel that this may have been done on your account, and may be a way to disclose to you that they're not responsible for fraudulent use of your account.

Just a thought...
