www.mustangsurvival.com web site in the product specification sheets will show the CO2 cartridges are in Division 2.2.

I flew from YYZ to YWG with a self inflating PDF with 2 CO2 Cylinders - the security guards said I couldn't bring a second 2 cylinders. I tried to explain to them I wanted a back up in case I actually had to use the PDF. I felt they wanted to work with me, but were bound by their understanding of the rules. I luckly found a friend who was able to bring the second cylinder through security.
Correct me if I'm wrong - but isn't there a CO2 cylinder under each seat on the airplane (in the life jackets). . . .
