During normal trade winds, I'm pretty sure most mainland flights use the MAGGI THREE Arrival into the Koko Head VOR, then fly an ILS or visual to Runway 8L. Once in a blue moon, you get a landing on 4R. During Kona, it's either 26R or Left.
