No, there is no train / subway between the two airports, I took a taxi once and it was very reasonable, somewhere around 100-150 (US12-15) however quite a bit more than the 30 RMB express bus.

By the way , the airport is called Hong Qiao. (Hong Qiao ji chang in Mandarin)
