I got it as well. I recently flew one segment in paid Y and two in paid D, so I assumed that that is what had gotten their attention to target me. The 2% isn't all that much in the end, but the type of offer caught my attention: a discount on any published fare in any class to any destination with no minimum fare restrictions. I don't recall ever seeing such an offer before on CO or any other carrier.
