Sorry to hear that your standard expectations of a Sheraton were not met at this SVO property. Initially, I was a tad annoyed at this post since I thought everyone was in the loop enough to be aware that SVO locations do not offer the same range of amenities as a standard Sheraton.

HOWEVER, I think this poster has made a cogent point here. John Q. Public can log on to www.sheraton.com and look for hotels in the greater Scottsdale area and stumble onto this Sheraton offering. Without further thought, they book it and show up only to realize that they're in a TimeShare facility, N O T a hotel. I can certainly see where the booking engine format *wood is using easily blurs the lines here .... especially given the choice to brand it Sheraton, as well.
