bland Amadeus response

Before Seats maps started working again yesterday I sent the following to the help facility:

However, I could not get seat map. No panic here as QF often denies access to seat maps when flights are getting full or it is near time.

I tried expertflyer and was able to pull one up but not the other. I dismissed this at the time; but now have found I am unable to pull any seatmap via checkmytrip at all; this includes March BA flights for a longer journey.

Is there a problem?
Here is the vanilla "I did not read your message properly" response I had this morning:

<serfty>
Thank you for using Amadeus.net / Checkmytrip.com.

Here is the info about seatmap on checkmytrip:

If you have a booked seat assignment you can view it by clicking on the
yellow ?+? symbol in the left corner of the segment. Then the page expands
and shows corresponding details, status, cabin, aircraft type, flight
duration, mileage weather forecast etc. The ?-? symbol hides the details
again.

If there is no seat number you might not yet have a seat reservation. You
cannot change seats or make a seat assignment on checkmytrip.com. Contact
your travel agency/provider for further information and reservation
changes.

We thank you for your interest and we are of course available for further
questions.

With kind regards,
The Checkmytrip.com and Amadeus.net Webmaster
