You are, in fact, correct. Citi and other financial providers have licensed Yodlee's software since the beginning. I used to use MyCiti's version until I realized that they did not update their software as quickly; in the end, I just went straight to the source and used OnCenter (or "My Yodlee" as it was then called).
A big ^ to Yodlee... they still have some bugs on occasion, but overall it's very worthwhile.
