The reality remains that UA management has to meet a payroll and make payments on outstanding debt. Its under BK court oversight.
UA employees won't accpet CR1 or SWU in lieu of a paycheck.
Wal*mart won't accept a CR1 as a legal tender from a UA employee as payment for any merchndise item.
Thus, UA sells upgrades at a discount before it gives it for free to you and me.
What's so difficult here to understand?
