MCT is 45 minutes and I have always made it, even when my incoming flight has been delayed, so has also my luggage, every single time.
As another point of view, flying EWR-CO-FRA-MA-BUD with a 1:10 connection two weeks ago, not only did I miss the connection (thanks to CO being late) but they managed to lose my luggage in BOTH directions.
