Bell boys = a $1 bag, $5 max
Skycaps = $1 or $2
Doormen = $0
Concierge = $5-10
Taxi's = 5-10% of the fare, rounded up to the nearest dollar
Waitstaff = 10-15%
Hotel maids = $0 - $1 per day
