Last evening YYZ-YYC, my son in Y experienced p*$$-poor service. After an hour delay while they located a f/o, no beverage served except to those of status. Then, once in the air, only one beverage, as they had overserved while on the ground. Then water was only offered to those of status. To top it off, he was not even asked if he wanted to purchase anything.
