Did DHS take any credit when FEMA handed out millions to ineligible hurricane "victims" in Dade County Florida last year who filed fraudulent claims for nonexistent damage - while rejecting claims from real victims who were impacted further north?

I certainly hope they do a better job this year. I don't care if Santa Claus and the Tooth Fairy take credit for the work - as long as those poor people are taken care of.
