I tried to add an upcoming itinerary via the website, but got an error message. After calling the support line, they told me that because on 1 of the 4 segments, I'm waitlisted for a first class upgrade, it cannot be viewed. However, I wanted to possibly change seat assignments, but guess I will have to wait until the segment clears.
