This is rather humorous as I often ask the Captain if I can use my electronic camera and camcorder to shoot onboard during takeoffs and landings...and I've yet to be told no. They usually even tell the Purser that they gave me permission to do so.

Guess this "interference" only effects some planes. Or some employees.
