You are right on the first part and wrong on the second. I don't know the figures but I would imagine there are at least 10 FOs for every PM.
Ergo, if FMs fly 25,000 miles a year, 10 FMs would equal 250,000 miles. That would be a fair comparison to 1 PM's total of 75,000.
