You need to look at more than the numbers of F seats. The number of F seats needs to be considered along with the number of elites in each scheme at each level. The same applies if you look at percentages. The hardest item to model is how such a scheme would affect the flying patterns of the various members. Everything else can be estimated fairly well using standard probability algoritms.
