DL can do what UA did when Chicago slapped a heavy tax on JetA.

UA simply topped off every plane inbound to ORD and off-loaded what wasn't needed for the next leg.

Of course, it was a little unsettling knowing that every UA flight leaving ORD was flying with the minimum fuel allowed.
