Delta has the most seat in first of the unholy alliance, then NW, and then way back there Continental. Delta Silvers get a fair amount of upgrades now; I am not sure that opening up upgrades on the other two(CO/NW) does a whole lot for the Medallion members other than getting them fewer upgrades.
