I think the only Oneworld lounge I've been to that serves decent "HOT" food includes the following:

BA - LHR (F Class)
BA - JFK (Dine before boarding) in J
CX - HKG (Pier Wing), SIN, LHR, YVR, NRT(packaged items).

I think it will be a good idea if they introduce a mini cafe inside the QP and sell decent food instead of these minimal offerings.
