They came by once shortly after take off hawking their sandwiches and passing out beverages and then we never saw the flight attendants again, except when they collected cups an hour later.
Even on my recent just over one hour long TED flight (DEN-LAS) they offered a refill. Shouldn't AC do the same?
Unless something has changed, IIRC, on transcon long hauls it's at least twice.
But nevertheless, you could always ring the FA call button and ask for a can of whatever it is you want.
