Miles on Delta/China Airlines

Hi,

I have booked a trip through Delta on their codeshare for a China Airlines flight from SEA-TPE. I doubt I would have any chance at getting AS miles for this trip, as its not on Delta metal, but I wanted to check here before calling Delta to see what they can do.

Anyone have any luck?
