CR is very touchy about their name being used with any kind of press release or promotional material. The only way you could see it mentioned is if one of the airlines said something along the lines of "Rated #1 by a leading consumer magazine..."
And if you read the fine print, it says they are not to be quoted on the internet...
So -- this thread is probably in violation of their copyright notice too
