If anyone has recently taken an Iberia flight from ORD to MAD or from JFK to MAD please advise if you got the flights with the new upgraded business plus flat-bed seats. I get differing stories from calling Iberia and it seems their sales agents are confused. One said only the A346 planes are upgraded on the 9:00 flight from JFK, another said all the Chicago and New flights to Madrid are upgraded, but not the Miami flights. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
