That booking included an upgrade waitlisting for a return flight in October. I believe the upgrade must have cleared. Indeed, it appears they have now opened I inventory on the flight.
Congrats on the u/g, but you express one of my keen frustrations with this issue....without being able to see the booking details online (with AC), there really is no way to know for sure that a change has been made (i.e. u/g or seat change) without phoning back a little while later and asking someone to check. Perhaps it's just me, but I feel much more comfortable being able to *see* the change for myself than relying on a verbal confirmation from someone I don't know.
Speaking of which, for the bookings through my corp. TA, does anyone know if the virtuallythere.com/SABRE booking details get updated after ticketing is made? I seem to recall once doing an u/g on a TA-booked ticket and the u/g showed up only on AC's site, not in the SABRE booking.
