Sorry to hear about your poor experience. If I were you, shoot a quick letter or email from the website, but certainly don't expect any compensation. I find this very upsetting, as the basis on full flights (esp. to and from LAS) with regards to overhead bin space. It is definately not normal, but humans do make mistakes
