OK analysis

But you give Delta too much credit. Was Platinum Medallion and flew to Hawaii a lot in FC. All it is domestic FC seats w/ enhanced food/service, unlike CO, which is Int'l BF seats w/ "dehanced" food/drink. Give me the latter, anytime.

Some notes:

Avoid lines w/ online check-in, ESPECIALLY when not checking bags.
Elite Plus does not gain access to PC. BF does, and they do register everyone.
Hawaii BF is not domestic FC. It's considered int'l.
The 767-400 w/ 35 seat configuration allows BF to be disembarked first, but that perk disappears when 767-400 Air Mike 20 seat configuration is used.

In any case, CO is the class act to Hawaii w/ NW second. The rest are just selling enhanced domestic FC.
