Obviously the only people who can tell you for sure are the airlines concerned... but I very very very much doubt that a Moroccan LCC would be able to check baggage through to a Delta flight.

On a through ticket, and with no baggage to collect and re-check, a two-hour connection at LGW is no problem (if there is a delay, and you miss your connection, it's up to the airline to rebook you). On separate tickets, but with baggage checked through, it's do-able but risky (as you're on your own if you miss your connection). On separate tickets, and with baggage to collect and re-check, I don't think you stand a realistic chance of making it.
