By doing this I can watch TV, browse through the internet at the same time listen and wait until a representative voice finally comes through, which was what I did during the 45 min hold SQ put me through when I called their 1-800-742-3333 back in June. Sure saved me much boredom and crampness of my forearm without having to hold it by my ear.
