I'm glad that I am not the only one who appreciates the A8. They get poor reviews on the 'audiophile' websites, but for sound clarity and comfort they are king! Haven't had any issues with my current pair (approaching 1 year), but I am told B&O service is excellent. Mind you, I need new covers for the earpieces, so I might pop down to the B&O store in Sydney.
