Not wanting to kick NOLA while its down, but the news is saying that it may be months before power and other services are restored to some areas, and the pictures I've seen of the FQ look like it will be quite unappealing for a while. Definitely more than 2.5 weeks.

OTOH, SFO should be beautiful mid-Sept (but I'm, biased)
