I'm looking at the Sheraton Eau Claire in YYC in late February (23-25) and their posted rates are up substantially from what I've paid in the past. I have in past years obtained Club level rooms for as little as $189 CAD; it currently shows the room at $444 CAD. Note that it only has "corporate" or "rack" rates quoted (hence my prior post). I would also consider the Sheraton Cavalier in YYC as well.
In mid-May (17-22), I'm looking at any of the properties in IAD but even the Four Points is showing the lowest rate to be $255 USD (again, a "corporate" rate). Also, whenever I try any of the promos, I'm coming up with errors and as you've stated, Cash & Points probably won't be available until January 2006.
