I checked in at Park Lane one time just to see what the fuss was about. I normally take the HEX in so it's usually easier to check in at the normal counters (too bad the good old days of Paddington checkin are gone!).

I was EXP with a friend(no status) on the same PNR. The agent was a bit arrogant and said that my friend normally wouldn't be able to check in here, but she would do me a 'favor' since they were not busy.
