When the FA was rude, hy didn't you just say "Yes, Ma'am" and sit down. Tell the Captain what happened when you get off.

My favourite was on US AIRWAYS. They showed FOX NEWS and the FA *never* passed out headphones. Getting off, I said "Captain! Thanks for the headphones!"

On AA, if I get bad service, I just zip it and wait for my higher paid CX reservations. That gets them in the pocket.
