I am trying to book a reservation at the Prince de Galles in Paris for May 2006. I initially tried to book an award stay, but they showed no availability. I then tried a regular booking. Again, the hotel showed no availability. I checked various sources and found out that the French Open is at the end of May thru early June, but it still seemed odd that the hotel shows no availability for whatever dates I entered for May. I then called Platinum Customer Service to check on availability. They informed me that they are not sold out, however they haven't loaded their 2006 rates, awards, etc.

What does one do in this case? Rooms available, prices not, so no booking?

Any information regarding what to do would be appreciated. CS did say the rates should be available around October!
