I am flying Delta from CVG to PHX on a 737-800. I picked seat 31B, as it seems to be a center seat with no window seat next to it. Has anyone flown in this seat with reviews? Is there a FA jump seat next to it? Is there in fact a window that you can see out of? Can you get up and out of the seat on the window side, not disturbing a seat-mate? Thanks...
