did you make this reservation online?
This may sound like a stupid question, but didn't you notice when you checked in and signed/verified the rate and date??
unless you walked in and made a reservation at the property itself, the clerk would not need to put your honors number in.
a few weeks is along time to notice something like this, I suggest contacting the diamond desk if you have Diamond status
