yes, the PNRs were viewable..and they had the notes in them as well. I can fully understand why AA pulled that capability (I don't like it, but I'd have done the same thing in their shoes). I'm hoping that AA finds a way to separate the basic record and the comments so we can see the PNRs again (and all the relevant notes), and they can hide the comments.
