I joined earlier this year before my Easter weekend stay in Vancouver.
They did not charge me for local calls or use of computer to do web check in at the business centre. To this day, I have not received any membership card or program details.

Their Vancouver hotel is fine, the staff is friendly and eager to help. I wasl looking at that hotel for my Thanksgiving stay but chose the Pacific Pallisades instead.
