Jesus... those waiting times are shocking!

Are they definitley only there until 5pm? My original flight is at noon tomorrow!

As I've got to go out this afternoon I'm going to need to get someone here to call them at about 3.30 and hang on the line to make sure I can get through before they close

Unbelieveably poor service.
