Thanks KenJohn. I'll keep trying the UK number, the ticketing office is closed on bank holidays so no joy there. Just had a 32 minute wait in a queue then had to hang up to go and grab some lunch so will try a little later in the day.

I also checked in for the flight online 48 hours previously, which is going to add to the fun of trying to get it changed
