I can't speak for NWA as it's entirely possible their rules are different but here at CO we allow access to the PC as long as you have a CO Flight number on your boarding pass. Remember AMEX Plat is a LIMITED access program in any case. If you purchase a club membership the entire point would be moot as you would have unlimited access to all World AND Presidents Clubs.
