I had a NW flight number but KL metal and was very specifically informed that I was not to be admitted to the JFK lounge. I even wrote and called AMEX about this and my understanding from that is that NW is correct, but I hope that is not the case. Would appreciate any advice on how to get admitted in the future, if this is not the case.
