I haven't been to BWI for a couple of months, but over the years have used it heavily and was not happy when CO pulled out of its arrangement with the Friendship Lounge about a year ago.

Please tell us which WorldClub denied you admission with a Platinum Card and a KL ticket. I am very surprised to hear that, because in the States those airlines claim that there is not supposed to be any difference at all between any of their tickets and flights. I didn't think that you can even buy a ticket for KL flights when you originate in North America with anything but an 012 NW ticket number.
