On my recent NRT-TPE flight (CX451), I was in in a crowded Y cabin, yet the purser came over and greeted me personally. I did not see similar treatment in my vicinity. Maybe due to OW Sapphire? Anyways, it was one of the more pleasant shuttle flights I've been on, in or out of the US.
