I think it might depend on what tier with MPO you are. I think that Silvers don't get any special greetings whereas Golds and DMs do. I am a Silver and seldom get any special treatment - but see that Golds around me are personal greeted by the ISM.

I think that while there is a rule for CX crews that all Gold / DMs should be greeted and adressed by name, there is no rule that any elites get a first choice for meals or business class meals offered. But some crews do that - even for me as Silver.
