I am totally surprised by your comment, because what you descibe has been the "downgraded" breakfast service on ANC-SEA-ANC, SEA-LAX/SAN and back, YVR-LAX-YVR flights -- some slice of egg pie/quiche with side fruit. That is totally unacceptable for a midcon flight and AA and UA both maintain a full breakfast service on SEA-ORD routes. I wonder if it is catering mistake or another enhancement...
