I will be the first to admit this is a problem! The name issue will create havok with the system and I do apologize for that, but it is a Security measure designed to protect you! For Mutual Fund members the stay does get posted to your account, but it goes into a verification file on your account, IE the name does not match the primary account holder. Or it sees you staying in 2 properties on the same dates. I know its not the ideal situation and we are working to correct these issues! The best way at this point is to note in comments on a reservation that it is a Mutual Fund and credit the stay to the primary account holders name with your name as the person checking in! I wish I had a better solution to this at this time, but unfortuanately I dont! The issue is known and we are working to correct that in the future! Your online account will only recognize reservations in the primary account holders name. When you change the name those reservations will not be seen in the system when logging into your account. As is with all computer systems we tend to lean to security of your account.

We do apologize for problems you encounter getting stays posted to Mutual Fund accounts but we will post them when you notify us! I certainly understand how this can be frustrating but we are here to resolve the issues!
